Excellence and boldness is a quality ingrained in leaders. When leading others, you have to believe in yourself- know your own strengths and capitalize on your experiences to accomplish your mission. Great leaders are those who maintain a positive team morale, assuring those they are leading that setbacks and hardships are opportunities for them to grow, and that the most important thing they have to do is to focus on the bigger picture of accomplishing the larger goal at hand, and maintain quality and excellence.
